Can I pre-order a product which is showing out of stock?
Yes phone 01829 771926 and we will tell you when product is expected in and take your contact details to inform you when it is in.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes at the checkout you can select which items to gift wrap and type in a message for the gift tag
Can I get my purchase delivered to my work address?
Yes, at checkout you must use your card address for the billing address, but you can specify a different shipping address.
I would like to sell your products myself, do you have a drop shipping service?

I've not received one of the items I ordered why?
very occasionally we have an item which is out of stock but is not shown on the web site as out of stock. In these cases we will send your order without out of stock order and a delivery note which will inform you of the item out of stock and when we will forward it to you, we will also email you with information. Most items are not out of stock for longer than 10 days.

How much will it cost?
Delivery in the UK is £2.95. Eire and Europe £3.45 Worldwide £4.95
Is long will it take?
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. We currently use Royal Mail Recorded and Parcel Force they certify that 95% of deliveries will reach the customer the next day. Therefore most orders are deivered within two working days. You should however allow 3-5 days before contacting us.
