How
can I place my order?
You
can now place your order quickly and easily online using
our shopping cart system. Simply select the item you
want, add to your basket, then when you’re done
click on the ‘checkout’ icon to complete
your details.
If
you prefer to speak to a friendly voice call our customer
service team on
01829 771926 from 9.30-5pm Monday-Friday and place your
order.
Or
if neither of the above suits your needs, you can send
your order via post to our office. Please include a
description of the item you wish to order or product
code, along with your name, billing address, delivery
address and a Cheque for the order amount + p&p
(made payable to Gadgets UK internet Ltd). You can send
credit card details but remember to enclose the expiry
date, CVC number and issue (if switch/solo).

Is
my online order secure?
Yes,
Gadgets UK use Barclaycard’s EPDQ service to ensure
all our online orders are secure for our customers for

page.
How
long does it take to receive my order?
Most
orders, placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day
and are usually delivered within 2 working days. (Subject
to stock availability and security checks). See delivery.
What
if I order from overseas?
Overseas
orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days
of dispatch depending on which country you are in. See
delivery costs.
What
if I change my mind?
Gadgets
UK understand some orders may not suit our customers,
if this is the case with you, simply notify us via e-mail
info@gadgetsuk.com or call our customer service team
on 01829 771926, you can then return your item to the
returns address. As long as the package is not damaged
in any way and your return is within 30 days of purchase
we will look to refund the order. Read our terms
and conditions.
What
if my product does not work?
Faults
can sometimes occur with an item you may have ordered,
although this is not common, we recommend that you contact
our customer service team via e-mail info@gadgetsuk.com
or phone 01829 771926 if you have any problems. Gadgets
UK will always look to refund or replace faulty items
if the damage is caused by a manufacturers fault. See
our terms and conditions.
How
do I know you have received my return?
You
as a customer are responsible for the item until we
receive it; this said we recommend you use a recorded
delivery service such as royal mail recorded delivery
to ensure the item arrives safely. You will receive
an e-mail notification once a refund has been applied.
What
if the item I require is not in stock?
At
Gadgets UK we will always endeavor to get your order
to you on time, however if the item is out of stock
for a prolonged period, one of our customer service
reps will contact you via e-mail or phone to update
you on the progress of your order. |
