Security Gadgets UK uses Barclays merchant services and Barclays ePDQ for our card processing You will notice when you are entering your card details a padlock will appear at the bottom right hand corner of your page. This indicates the page is secure and no-one else can read this information. We as a merchant cannot view during or after the transaction any card details the customer may enter. The ePDQ CPI utilises a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Even if customers only have 40 bit SSL capable PCs, ePDQ will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption. ePDQ also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Barclays take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on our secure servers - this always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.
